I'm in love with an item, but it's out of stock on the site. Why have you stopped selling this item?

We're sorry to see you disappointed about your favorite item but sometimes we can no longer get the item or items to carry it anymore. We get new items often especially alot of popular items. You can be notified by email when we receive new items by signing up for our newsletter, The button is at the bottom right corner of the page then enter your email and click subscribe. Once the new item or items are in stock, you’ll receive an email.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr offers a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards and we also take PayPal and Amazon Pay.

 

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care via email at: lexiestarrinc@gmail.com for assistance.

 

How do I add items to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately, Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the additional items.

 

What happens when their is a sale or promotion going on?

The promotion will have a discount code that you have to enter at checkout then it will be applied to your order after the discount code has been entered. If an item is on sale it will automatically have the reduced price before checkout, If the sale item can be used with a discount code it will say if it could be used for the purchase.

 

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped as soon as possible. Kindly note shipping may be delayed in cases of flagged orders. You may also view the status of your order by logging in here.

 

I placed an order, but haven't seen any movement from Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr. What's going on?

There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Either your address was misspelled, your order was flagged for risk of fraud, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In all cases, we will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated and proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible.

All packages are shipped via USPS.

 

How long does shipping within the US take?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time varies on the location that your package is shipped too. Please keep in mind that during major holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

 

How long does it take to ship internationally?

Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr offers international shipping. Arrival time for item or items varies on the location that your package is shipped too. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Contact the shipping carrier for more information on the arrival of your package.

 

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

My purchase is over $100.00… Why hasn't the shipping charge been waived?

Free shipping for orders over $100.00 applies to U.S. Domestic shipments only. Add qualifying, in stock merchandise totaling $100.00 or more (after all discounts are applied) to your shopping bag. Keep in mind to please take discounts under consideration.

 

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with the shipping information.

 

Tracking Your Order

How can I track my package (domestic)?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Or visit USPS.com or UPS Tracking and enter the tracking number emailed to you.

 

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr provides customers with tracking numbers for all packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS which ever service you choose at checkout and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS at their customer service page HERE or call 1 (800) 222-1811 and to reach UPS at their customer service page HERE or call 1 (800) 742-5877 for domestic assistance. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, please contact us so that we can keep track of this in our system.

 

Returns

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note, Lexie Starr Style/Lexie Starr reserves the right to refuse all returns.
